Make sure your students fill out the FAFSA -- RIGHT NOW!!!

Your students need to fill out the FAFSA as soon as possible.

Last year, the state of Illinois' MAP grant ran out on February 28. Based on the infograph below we published last year, the 2015 deadline could be February 25 or earlier!

In the "old days" of the FAFSA, we were told to fill out the FAFSA after taxes were done. This was so because recalculating financial aid was done by hand, and so by giving estimated information created a lot of lot of work and time delay.

With the wonders of the internet and computer automation,  this process is much easier.
